Amphibian and Reptile Groups of the UK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (no. 1165504) registered on 10 February 2016. Membership of the CIO is open to all local constituted volunteer groups whose principal objective is the conservation of native amphibians and reptiles and who, by applying for membership, have indicated their agreement to become a member and acceptance of the duty of members. ARG UK is governed by its Constitution Document following the Association model.
